# Changelog

> Every change to the BrandGate API. We only add to v1.

Within `v1` we only make additive changes (see [Versioning](/versioning)). Subscribe to this page to hear about new endpoints.

## 2026-10-21

**Added**

* `POST /v1/products`: create and update products by your `external_id`.
* `GET /v1/price_lists`, `GET /v1/price_lists/{id}` and `POST /v1/price_lists`: read and write price lists and their prices.
* `POST /v1/customers`: create and update customers, link existing ones, assign a price list.
* `POST /v1/orders/{id}/status`: set `shipped` or `delivered` with tracking.
* `GET /v1/orders?acknowledged=false`: only orders no ERP has acknowledged yet (orders cancelled before that are left out).
* Batch item error code `plan_limit_reached`: the company's plan is full, the data itself is fine.
* Header `Idempotency-Key` on writes ([Idempotency](/idempotency)).
* Scopes `products:write`, `pricing:read`, `pricing:write`, `customers:write`.
* Fields `tracking` on orders, `customer_number`, `external_id` and `price_list` on customers.
* API keys can carry an `integration` label; created from **Settings → Integrations** for ERP vendors.
